HOW MUCH DOES THE TRAVEL DESIGN SERVICE COST?
7R Travel designs each tailor-made itinerary, listening to your requests, taking into account your lifestyle and your desires. Each design is unique. For this reasons we can evaluate the cost of our consultancy, that is the Travel Design service, only after understanding how to design your specific trip. The cost of the Travel Design will depend on the complexity of your request, how many sporting activities you want to do, the destination, the services requested and other elements that we can evaluate only after a chat with you.
WHAT DOES THE COST OF THE TRAVEL DESIGN SERVICE INCLUDE?
The cost of the Travel Design service includes advice for defining the itinerary (duration, stages, what to see, what to do, sports activities, experiences, etc.) up to 3 revisions. It does not include the cost of the trip itself. The Travel Design service does not imply the organization and booking of the trip. If you wish we can also take care of this.
HOW DO I BOOK THE TRIP DESIGNED BY 7R TRAVEL?
You are free to organize your trip independently, choose where to buy all the services offered, independently search for suppliers or rely on a travel agency.
If you wish, 7R Travel can also take care of the organization and booking of all services, thanks to the partnership with tour operators and travel agencies.
Furthermore, if you decide to entrust 7R Travel with the organization and booking of your trip, the cost of the Travel Design service will be deducted from the cost of the trip.
We accept requests up to a maximum of 7 days from departure per weekend (Friday – Sunday), up to a maximum of 15 days for trips of 1 week, and up to a maximum of 45 days for trips of 2 weeks or more.
HOW MUCH DOES THE TRAVEL ORGANIZATION AND BOOKING COST WITH 7R TRAVEL?
The organization and booking service is free of charge.
In addition, if you decide to entrust the organization and book your trip with 7R Travel, the price of the Travel Design service will be deducted from the total cost of the trip for trips lasting more than 6 nights and confirmed within 5 days after receiving the final Travel Design, no later than 30 days before the departure date.
In case of cancellation, the cost of the Travel Design service will not be refunded.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE MY CUSTOM ITINERARY?
Creating a tailor-made trip takes time to find the ideal itinerary, select the right experiences for you among our partners, evaluate the necessary services, etc … This can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the trip.
How does the Adventure Gift Card work?
The Adventure Gift Card corresponds to a monetary value (from 27 € to “you decide the amount over 350 €”) and can be used to purchase an experience or a trip (including the consultancy service) or the Travel Design service.
How can I use the Adventure Gift Card?
When you decide to use your Adventure Gift Card, contact us and communicate the unique code shown on the Gift Card itself. We will start designing your journey together.
I purchased an Adventure Gift Card. When will I receive it?
You will receive the Adventure Gift Card in PDF format via email a few days after we receive the payment.
Can I cancel the purchase of the Adventure Gift Card?
Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be refunded (even partially) or credited to another bank account, credit card or gift card.
