We’ll have a chat of about 30 minutes (preferably on video) in which we’ll ask you some questions and you’ll tell us what your desires and your expectations are, what you like to do and how you imagine your next adventure.
So we’ll define some basic characteristics of the trip:
Sports Travel or Adventure Travel, Adrenaline or Soft, solo or in a group, with or without a guide, what destination and how long, budget, level of customization.

THE TRAVEL DESIGN SERVICE
After our chat, 7R has all the information to assess the necessary commitment.
Then, after a few days, we’ll send you an e-mail with the proposal for a quote to design your personalized trip.
THE CUSTOM TRIP DESIGNED ONLY FOR YOU
Once accepted our offer for the Travel Design service, we’ll immediately start workin to prepare one or more proposals.
During this period we may get in touch several times to deepen some aspects, evaluate options, adjust the proposals.
At the end we’ll send you by e-mail the custom travel proposals, which will include: sports activities and experiences, types of accommodation, services and the indicative price of the trip (in line with the budget you have set).
ORGANIZATION AND BOOKING
At this stage you can decide whether to use these proposals as a basis to proceed independently with the search and booking of the services you prefer, or buy the trip through a selected partner of 7R Travel who will take care of the organization and booking of everything planned in your travel design.
We’ll then send you a detailed plan from the day of departure and back and everything you’ll need when you are on the road:
- Accommodation and transport
- Sports activities with trusted partners and study of the level of difficulty based on your physical preparation, so that your adventure is always a pleasure
- Admissions to events, exhibitions, guided tours and unique and personalized experiences
- Travel program complete with information on what to pack and other useful tips for doing sports activities in the best possible way.
