From Business Continuity Manager to Business Travel

How life offers you changes and you turn them into opportunities

I’ve seen companies spend thousands of euros on corporate events that generate little value. Hotels chosen at the lowest price but far from the main venue. Employees spending more time in taxis than at meetings. Disorganized schedules that create stress instead of opportunity.

All because event organization was delegated to whoever “had time” – often the secretary who already has a thousand other things to do.

Having worked as a secretary myself in a large company, I experienced firsthand what it meant to organize a corporate event in spare moments. The company I worked for was fortunate that I organized their trips and events 😉

The result? An investment that doesn’t deliver the expected return. A mediocre experience that nobody remembers.

When I worked in a large company as a Business Continuity Manager, working with all levels of the organization, I learned something fundamental: organizational skills are not secondary. They’re what makes the difference between work done well and on reasonable timelines, between a solution that works and one that fails silently, between delivering a solution and increasing stress.

I realized I could use this expertise to help companies transform their events from sources of stress into strategic growth tools.

Here’s what I do today:

I organize business travel, corporate events, incentives, and team building in a way that every element is strategic. I don’t look for the lowest price, but the highest value.

I don’t organize “on the fly,” but with advance planning and constant support.

When an event is well organized, something happens: employees feel valued, clients feel important, the team strengthens. And most importantly, the company achieves the results it was looking for.

The difference between a company that organizes events well and one that organizes them poorly is not the budget. It’s the method.

If you recognize the value of well-organized and strategic experiences, I’m here for you.
